I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor in Kinesiology in 2008, followed by a Masters in Physical therapy in 2010. After 3 years of private practice experience, I moved to Brisbane Australia where I successfully completed my Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy degree in 2014. In addition, I have completed my training in Intra-muscular stimulation/Dry-needling, Movement Optimization and Running assessment courses to name a few.
I am very passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and enjoy the challenge of treating a wide range of conditions. I am excited to work with the team at Calgary Strength and Physio in providing assessments and treatments for patients with training injuries to in in performance and overall preventative medicine.
Outside of work I'll be walking my dog Niko, spending time with family or playing some golf.

This is for patients seeking an Active Rehab class. A physiotherapy assessment must be completed prior to booking.
A physiotherapist-guided rehabilitation program will be provided using a structured template that will be individualized to your needs. Sessions will be completed in our gym space under physiotherapy supervision. Initial assessments are required prior to booking this option.
