Susheen graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and brings a patient-centered approach to every treatment, focusing on understanding each client’s unique goals, concerns, and wellness journey. He values community, connection, and creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their care.
Believing that no two individuals are the same, Susheen tailors treatments to each client’s needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as: **Trigger point release, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular techniques, PNF stretching, Deep tissue massage, Joint mobilizations, and relaxation massage**. Whether clients are seeking relief from tension, improve mobility, recovery support, or simply time to unwind, treatments are designed with both therapeutic outcomes and overall well-being in mind. Susheen values client education and incorporates home care recommendations when appropriate, including **stretching, strengthening exercises, hydrotherapy guidance, and postural awareness strategies to help support recovery and promote long-term results outside of treatment sessions**.
Outside of the treatment room, Susheen enjoys maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle. A self-proclaimed foodie, he loves cooking, exploring new foods, and staying connected to healthy living through nutrition and wellness. Susheen also enjoys sports such as badminton, indoor games including chess and carrom, reading manga/ novels, and riding his Kawasaki Z650rs to spontaneous destinations. To unwind and recharge, he enjoys practicing meditation as a way to cultivate calmness, mindfulness, and balance in everyday life
