Suzanne is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practioner who is part of a collective mission to reverse the epidemic of preventable poor health. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Philosophy and completed her nutriton training through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
Suzanne approaches nutriton and wellness through strengthening the Foundations of Health, which are:

Like many practitioners, she has journeyed through many of her own health challenges over the years including skin and digestive issues, food sensitivities, imbalanced hormones, osteoarthritis, and brain fog. It was only once she stopped chasing symptoms and dove deeper into the strengthening her own Foundations that she able to truly restore balance.
It is for this reason that she is so passionate about approaching health in this pragmatic way and strives to help others reshape their days and lifestyles so their Foundations of Health are supported.

Once confirming our plan of working together, it’s time to dive in and begin the process. In advance of this session, you’ll complete the Client Intake forms, which includes Initial Interview Questions, an in depth Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), and a Food & Mood Journal. This intake process allows to me to gain a deeper understanding of your current: • Health concerns and goals • Picture of health, including the health of each body system to help us uncover areas of weakness or deficiency • Lifestyle habits: sleep and circadian health, environmental wellness, stress management, energy levels, cooking methods, health/medical history, other practitioners with whom you may be working, etc. • Diet, meal timing, and eating patterns At the conclusion of the Initial Consultation, we’ll land on initial recommendations and immediate steps you can take to start making progress towards your health goals.

You’ve arrived at the conclusion of your program, congratulations! This appointment allows us to revisit your goals and gauge the progress we’ve made towards achieving those goals. Did we make it? Are you pleased with the progress you’ve made? Do you feel more equipped to navigate your next steps more independently? This appointment allows us to review what has been accomplished and where we go from here. You may redo the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to gauge your progress in specific areas.
