**A Note About My 2026 Schedule**
I wanted to take a moment to update you on my availability for the upcoming year. As many of you know, I juggle a full schedule with both clinic work and national/international sport commitments. Because of this, I’ll be shifting my practice to an **as-needed booking model** rather than offering an open schedule.
If you’re experiencing **acute pain, a chronic flare-up, or a new injury**, please feel free to email me directly to request an appointment. I will continue to see returning clients for injury or sport-related concerns and will still accept **new clients by referral for sports injuries**.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out **Suzanne@coastalsportsandwellness.com**, even last minute—this is exactly how my schedule will function moving forward. If I’m away for travel or team work, I’ll make sure you’re connected with the right practitioner as soon as possible so your care isn’t interrupted.
Thank you so much for your understanding, your flexibility, and your trust. I look forward to continuing to support you in your recovery, performance, and overall health.
