Sydney Colford graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2022 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science. Her lifelong passion for health, fitness, and movement inspires her work as she helps clients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals. Additionally, she is certified in Core Confidence for pelvic floor rehab.
An accomplished equestrian, Sydney has been riding competitively and recreationally for over 20 years, with experience in dressage and showjumping. Having navigated her own journey through various sports-related injuries, she deeply understands the value of effective rehabilitation and the impact it can have on returning to an active lifestyle.
In her free time, Sydney enjoys exploring the outdoors and staying active, embodying the same commitment to movement and health she brings to her clients.
