Sydney is a Registered Massage Therapist born and raised in Treaty 7 territory/ Southern Alberta. She graduated from the 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and completed professional Traditional Thai Massage certification in Thailand, along with yoga teacher training programs in India and Thailand. She strives to integrate Eastern and Western methodologies; myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, pin-and-stretch techniques, visceral and abdominal massage, postural assessment, breathing and exercise. In 2021, she completed Year 1 training in Somatic Experiencing®, providing a trauma-informed lens to support nervous system regulation and client safety. Sydney tailors treatments to individual presentation and therapeutic goals, with a clinical interest in sports injuries, chronic pain, stress-related conditions, digestive dysfunction, and mental health support through body-based therapies.
