I’m a Full Spectrum Doula and IBCLC. I have the honour of supporting and educating pregnant individuals and their loved ones, both experienced and new, about all aspects of pregnancy, labour and birth, as well as the postpartum period.
Whatever the need, I have a well-rounded knowledge base on all things perinatal! I can't wait to get to know more about you!

Get prepared for the unexpected at our life saving workshop designed for new parents, presented by a red cross instructor.
A free 15 minute consultation which gives you the opportunity to meet your Doula and ask your questions before choosing your care package.
Book this appointment if you have not seen our lactation consultant before. A lactation visit will include the following: History: Health history of both mother and baby, including pregnancy and birth and opportunity for you to tell your story. Weight: Baby’s naked weight + Pre- and post-feeding weights Assessment: Mother’s breasts and nipples, infant’s oral anatomy, latch, positions and more Care plan and next steps: Care plan created together that you are comfortable with + that aligns with your goals. Follow-up visit may be recommended. Some support available through text following our visit.
