Sylvia Harvey is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P), with extensive training in Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na Massage, Yang Shen Fa (Nourishing Life Principles) and Traditional Chinese Herbology.
After 5 years of study, she graduated from the Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences in Nelson in 2022, and has been practicing with a fervour for continual knowledge, growth, and exploration ever since. It is with great excitement that she now shares her passion for cultivating balance, wellbeing, and ease with the community of Kamloops.

This is a time to discuss your health in the context of Chinese medicine Life Cultivation practices. We will cover food therapy, sleep hygiene, sexual health, movement therapies, and mental and emotional health in the context of the Chinese medical paradigm. This session is guided by you and your needs. If herbal medicine or acupuncture would be helpful that can be discussed.
