Born and raised on an Organic/Biodynamic farm in BC, Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner Sylvia Harvey has always had a keen interest in finding our place of harmony in the nature of things.
It was through travelling in her youth that she found her calling to be a health care practitioner. Leading her to study in Nelson at the Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences.
Sylvia works diligently to help facilitate the healing and maintenance of all bodily systems, including the musculoskeletal system (such as sports medicine injuries and age-related concerns), digestive function, reproductive health, cardiovascular function, dermatological conditions, oncology support, auto immune disorders, and more. She utilizes the practices of Chinese Medicine with a modern day understanding of the body to help correct dysfunction, reduce pain, and illuminate the ways in which our minds and bodies work together, helping to bring you an overall greater sense of ease.
Using an integrative and inspiring approach, Sylvia aims to leave you feeling seen and well cared for during all stages of life and healing.
Personally Sylvia spends her time reading, meditating, rock climbing, skiing, horseback riding, hiking, having a boogie, and/or melting away in a yoga class.
