Sylvia is experienced in addressing stress-related conditions, injuries, and both acute and chronic pain. She integrates a range of modalities, from relaxation and deep tissue therapy to cupping and acupuncture, to promote overall balance and well-being.
Passionate about ongoing growth, Sylvia continues to expand her knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of care possible. She is committed to helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and feel their best in a safe and comfortable environment.
Sylvia is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from Trillium College in 2014 and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph.

After the initial visit you are welcome to book 30 minute massage treatments. Ignore this if you have already had an initial visit.
