My name is Sylwia Psiuk, I am the owner of MSM Fitness and Rehabilitation Clinic. I am a rehabilitation specialist, whole education and knowledge are focused on rehabilitation therapy. I have graduated from a Massage Therapy and an Osteopathy program and continually pursue new education to be more beneficial and effective for my patients. I gained my experience through working with a wide range of clients such as pregnant women, newborn babies, children, active and with postural dysfunction teens, professional athletes, post-injured, post-surgical, post-mastectomy patients, and the elderly. Through all these years I have learned that every person, every condition, and all patient needs are different, and different approaches need to be considered.
I am also an Instructor. I was a Personal and Kickboxing Rehabilitative Trainer in Mississauga. My sessions were focused on helping you understand and work through your dysfunction to get you back in motion and achieve body balance, also worked with your disability or condition which is part of your life to get you motivated, inspired, and mobile, giving you a chance for a better life.
