Hello, I’m Tabitha! I completed my Registered Massage Therapy training at Langara College. I also hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from UBC. Prior to becoming an RMT, I worked as a Kinesiologist providing active rehabilitation.
I enjoy supporting individuals with their unique health and wellness goals. Whether that means recovery, maintaining an active lifestyle, improving comfort in day-to-day activities, or creating space for rest and relaxation, I aim to create treatments that align with your needs.
In my free time you can find me brewing coffee, running, snowboarding, making jewelry, or being a pilgrim. Feel free to chat with me about your interests too, or simply lay back and relax! I’m here to create a space that feels comfortable and truly yours. :)
