Sometimes in life we need a helping hand of someone we trust to talk to in confidence. If a problem seem overwhelming it may be time to seek the advice of a caring professional. Talia Singer is a registered mental health nurse and psychotherapist specializing in art therapy. She has a holistic approach to care, using her knowledge and experience as a mental health nurse together with her skills as a psychotherapist.
She is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Canadian Art Therapy Association and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Her kind and caring manner creates a trusting and therapeutic environment in which to explore aspects of life that are unfulfilling. If you find yourself having difficulty in dealing with your present situation or stuck in a painful pattern of behavior or feeling, psychotherapy may help you recognize this and make small steps toward change.
