I apply evidence-based knowledge, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), nervous system regulation (Polyvagal Theory), current neuroscience, and Attachment Theory. I also specialize in EMDR therapy to help process trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and other emotional distress to build emotional resilience.
