Gua-Sha is an ancient healing method, where a smooth edged tool is used to scrape the skin with oil to stimulate circulation and relieve pain. The scraping action can result in a reddish or purple mark. This is a focused treatment on a specific region of the body. To be billed as acupuncture, two needles needs to be inserted during the session (not necessarily retained)
