Tamara has a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Certified Canadian Counsellor. Tamara is also a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Nursing from Mount Royal University and a Certified Coach.

Tamara values creating a safe space to build trusting and open relationships, working with a collaborative and client-centered approach both in-person and virtually. She is able to work with clients across many provinces in Canada, offering the opportunity to facilitate support and communication to help build, rebuild, and strengthen relationships.

Tamara’s passion for caring for others throughout her personal and professional life revolves around tailoring her techniques and skills to the needs of those she interacts with. She uses various techniques including humour, physical activity, art, play, and talk therapy to meet clients where they are at. Establishing a client-centered relationship, she is able to collaborate with clients as they explore their challenges and leave them feeling well supported.

Having experience working with and caring for people at all stages of life through teaching, coaching, nursing, and counselling, her passion is for people and their health and wellness physically, mentally, and emotionally.
