**Tamara Wendt, RMT**, graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1997. She co-owned and worked at Active Massage Therapy in Richmond for 25+ years, building long-standing relationships with patients and earning a reputation for compassionate, results-focused care.
Having lived in Delta and been an active part of the community for many years, Tamara is excited to relocate her practice and join the team at Pure Health. As an experienced Registered Massage Therapist, she is skilled in customizing patient care to decrease pain, increase mobility, and improve overall health. She incorporates a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage, to provide individualized, goal-oriented treatments. Tamara treats a wide range of conditions, chronic pain and medical conditions, stress-related discomfort, headaches and sprains/strains. Tamara is taking additional training and developing a special interest in women’s health.
Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, attending her kids sporting events and when time allows traveling.
