Tammy graduated in 2013 with the Clinical Award of Excellence from The Institute of Complimentary & Alternative Therapies. She brings extensive experience working with a wide range of clients in both clinical and spa settings, from those managing complex conditions to individuals simply seeking relaxation and stress relief. Her strong understanding of anatomy and clinical assessment allows her to identify and address the root causes of discomfort.
Tammy combines Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and pre/post-natal techniques in her treatments. She uses methods that reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body's natural recovery process.
She creates personalized treatment plans to help clients recover from physical stress, manage chronic tension, prepare for athletic performance, or simply unwind and improve overall wellness. Her goal is to help clients move and feel their best, and to be part of their ongoing health and wellness journey.
