Tammy has a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Biological Sciences, is a Registered Massage Therapist (graduated with honours), and has also earned a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (completing part of her hands-on training in Barcelona, Spain). Dedicated and passionate about what she does as a manual practitioner, she always puts the needs of the client first and foremost in every session. She is adept at understanding the client's concerns, determining the root cause of their discomfort, and rectifying the problem. She believes in the importance of providing clients with guidance and relevant information about techniques for postural improvement, stretching, strengthening and relaxation so that they can be an active participant in their road to recovery.
With the desire to learn and continually improve her skills to provide better care and treatment of her clients, Tammy has taken numerous additional courses, ranging from a wide variety of topics and therapeutic techniques. She has been trained in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, a neurologically-based active therapeutic technique that focuses on the body’s fascial chains and addresses the central nervous system's role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. She is most passionate about the treatment of headaches, concussions, and whiplash.
