I'm Tamsyn, a fitness professional who entered the industry in 2008, leveraging a lifetime of competitive athletics, particularly in wrestling. A graduate of NAIT's Personal Fitness Trainer program, I've held diverse roles—Personal Trainer, Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, Manager, and Educator.
My expertise spans all demographics, from children to seniors, and I've worked with both seasoned athletes and beginners, tailoring programs for the injured and healthy, as well as the motivated and unmotivated.
You'll often find me leading classes or exploring the gym, engaging in my own workouts or trying out new sports and skills. I advocate for embracing diversity in fitness pursuits and believe in the continuous journey of fitness, encouraging everyone to step outside their comfort zones.
