Tanicha Nowack, RMT
SaveTanicha is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) having graduated from Ontario College of Health Technologies (OCHT) in 2020 from the two-year Massage Therapy Program and is a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO), the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) as a Registered Reiki Practitioner.
Tanicha has previous experience as a Personal Trainer having graduated from Humber College in 2007, and in 2009 she obtained her Aesthetics Diploma from Mellennia Institute of Aesthetic Inc.

Tanicha’s success over the years as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) has advanced her skills and training through certifications in Cupping and Soft Tissue Release (STR). Tanicha specializes in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Sports-Related Massage, Indie Head Massage, Injury Recovery & Maintenance, Neuromuscular disfunctions, Pregnancy Massage, and facial treatments focusing on temporomandibular joint disfunction (TMJ), lymphatic drainage, and migraine/headache management.
Her passion in the field of Massage Therapy continues as she is dedicated to expand her knowledge and skills for future services such as Hot Stone Massage, MPS Therapy Treatments (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) using the Dolphin Neurostim device, Soft Tissue Assisted Instrument Therapy. Her interest in holistic healing has now become part of her practice through Reiki Level I & II, Sacred Sound & Reiki, and Reiki Crystal Healing (Level I).
Tanicha’s mission is to provided safe, effective and individualized treatment plans to optimize health and wellbeing through the means of therapeutic touch.
In her spare time, Tanicha enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking and visiting the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area of Fort Erie, Ontario. She also has interest in the arts, yoga, crystals, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends.
