I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate (LCT-C) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English Literature.
Like you, I’ve been through some things, and I know it can be difficult to take the steps needed to change. I welcome the opportunity to work with you to create a plan to take control of your story.

A traditional therapy ‘hour’ allows time for you to dig in and explore your struggles, gain insight into your situation, learn new skills, and work towards your goals. This option is face to face counselling in an office setting.
This free 15-minute consultation allows you to discuss your concerns, ask questions about the therapy process, and decide if Tara is a good fit for you.
