Tara graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in December 2014. Since completion she had added continuing education courses in lumbopelvic stabilization for reducing low back pain, joint mobilizations and IASTM tool training to help with soft tissue dysfunction.
Working in a spa environment after graduation, she practiced many modalities for relaxation and stress relief while incorporating a therapeutic approach as well during the session. Tara uses a variety of techniques in treatment including- but not limited to; trigger point therapy, contractile myofascial release, joint mobilizations, active/passive stretching, Swedish massage and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). She is eager to further her education and training in the upcoming future to provide more tools and techniques for her patients.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and looking forward to exploring the West Coast.

*This is a fully clothed treatment.* The client sits forward into the massage chair allowing their back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands to be treated. Treatment is delivered using a variety of techniques including: kneading, compressions, heated hydrotherapy globes, massage rollers, and acupressure tools. Hand and ear reflexology is also incorporated into this treatment.

This appointment includes a foot health assessment, nail trim, corn/callus removal, moisturizer application + 20minute foot massage.
