With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Tara Findlay is a seasoned Registered Massage Therapist who’s passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live fully. Having called Whistler home (on and off) since 1995, she’s deeply connected to the rhythms of mountain life and understands the physical demands of active living.
Tara has a special interest in treating the pelvis, shoulders, and neck—areas that often carry the weight of our stress, movement patterns, and hormones. She’s also the co-creator of a groundbreaking continuing education course for RMTs on treating clients through a perimenopause-informed lens, bridging clinical skill with compassionate care.
