Reevaluation / treatment of chronic pain pattern, includes active graston treatment along fascial plains. This treatment requires a specific assessment and treatment plan. If you are looking to book this type of technique without discussing with the doctor, please book a reexam or new patient appointment first. (30 min)

This appointment will be approximately 1 hour long, and include a comprehensive examination, report of findings and treatment, if deemed appropriate for this complaint. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out forms.

This is available to all current patients currently seeing a chiropractor in the office. The doctor will assess and cast for orthotics. The assessment is at no charge, however custom fit orthotics carry a fee of $450.00, which is typically covered by health insurance. Please check with your health coverage to ensure that a chiropractor can order and cast you for orthotics. Prices for child and second pair orthotics are lower, please discuss this with the doctor at the time of visit or contact her in advance.

Follow-up chiropractic treatment

15 minute chiropractic treatment. Can include Graston technique, Active release technique, Kinesiotape (for an additional fee, as discussed during treatment) and following the specified treatment plan discussed with the Doctor. Choose this option if you have seen the Doctor in the last 6 months and have the same condition as previously treated.

Followup treatment for student or child

This appointment will be approximately 1 hour long, and include a comprehensive examination, report of findings and treatment, if deemed appropriate for this complaint. *ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED*. Please arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to fill out forms.
