Tara is a RMT with the CHPBC. She received her massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University in Calgary and has been practicing massage since 2008.
Born and raised in Calgary, her ventures in massage have always been close to home. She worked in the spa industry in Calgary for 8 years and then continued her practice in clinical work in Calgary and Okotoks. Tara has experience working with degenerative disc disease and herniations, fibromyalgia, depression, sports injuries, MS and many other conditions.
She chose this field to help people work through their injuries and over the years became passionate about mental health. “Through massage, I believe I can help my clients with their self-care by reducing their stress and anxiety.” She strives to make her clients feel their optimum self, and continuously studies different modalities to provide her clients with the best care possible.
