Upon graduating with honours from Eastern College in 2007, I began practicing massage therapy in my hometown of St. John’s, Newfoundland. My personal interest in competitive athletics led me to focus on sports injuries. Since moving to Ottawa in 2010, I have had the opportunity to expand on the scope of my practice. Initially, I worked closely with an Osteopath and most recently in a multi-disciplinary clinic. My expertise include the following:

• PNF stretching/isometric stretching/joint mobilization
• Myofascial release
• Trigger point therapy
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling, squash, cross-training, hiking, and travelling. Its been my experience that successful treatment begins with a comprehensive health history, client specific treatment plan, and appropriate follow-up. I look forward to meeting with you.

This treatment addresses the muscle tension and aches that develop when working at a desk for extended periods of time. It targets the back, neck & shoulders, allowing for a postural and nervous system reset.
ASMR Massage sessions consist of extremely light, comforting techniques designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. This service is fully customizable and can focus on any combination of face, neck, scalp and shoulders.
