I am a clinical counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. My background in health care and experience supporting individuals and families through complex medical and life challenges has shaped my commitment to compassionate, client-centred care.
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from attachment-based and evidence-informed practices while honoring each person’s unique experiences and strengths. I work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive, and neurodivergent-affirming space where clients can explore patterns, build insight, and develop meaningful coping strategies. I support adults, children, youth, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges.

Whether you are re-taking control of your life and starting over or you are looking to set time aside for your mental wellbeing, Art Therapy can help. Art Therapy is widely used as an auxiliary treatment for depression, illness and chronic pain, addiction and trauma. Children and Youth particularly respond well to Art Therapy as it offers a less confrontational approach to counseling.
