Taryn is a graduate of Massage Therapy from Algonquin College. Her goal as a RMT is to
use her extensive knowledge of human anatomy and hands on skills to aid each client in
their journey to a pain free lifestyle. As an avid long-distance runner and competitive soccer
player, Taryn has a very personal understanding of the demands sport has on the human
body.
Taryn's treatments consist of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, releasing
myofascial tension and joint mobilizations. Educating each client on the rehabilitation and
recovery process is a very important element to her massage therapy treatments. She is
very dedicated and passionate about helping each client reach their optimum physical and
mental health potential. Realizing that she can connect and make a positive change in other
peoples day to day lives through massage therapy is when she really knew that this was
the career for her. There is truly nothing more rewarding!
