Taryn has been happily practicing at PMIH as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015. She creates personalized treatment plans for each patient. Integrating a spectrum of techniques, ranging from gentle to deep Swedish massage, trigger point release, MET, active release, fascial release, stretches and therapeutic exercises. Treatments center around finding balance and stability in your body. Whether you’re experiencing tension, injury, postural asymmetry or joint instability, Taryn will work with you to create a treatment with you, and for you.
Taryn has additional training as a Doula, and has lots of experience with pre-natal massage. If you have any questions or concerns about what a pre-natal massage may look like, dont hesitate to reach out and she will be happy to answer any of your questions.
Taryn also is trained as a Yoga teacher, and many moons ago used to be an Aerial silks instructor, so don’t be surprised if she tries to get you doing handstands. In her spare time she enjoys hiking through our beautiful local trails with her dog, and practicing yoga.
