Taylor Angelise CNP, NNCP, PH (Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner & Herbalist.
Taylor is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Herbal Medicine Practitioner dedicated to
helping individuals achieve food freedom in a safe, sustainable, and stress-free way.
She graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Ontario,
where she earned her designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, along with an
additional certification in Nutrition and Mental Health. Taylor also studied at the Wild
Rose College of Herbal Medicine and is set to receive her Herbalist diploma in Fall
2026.
Taylor’s professional experience includes working with the Shulman Health Clinic in
Toronto, where she supported women navigating autoimmune conditions, hormonal
imbalances, and complex relationships with food and body image. She also worked with
Koru Nutrition Inc., a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team supporting individuals
recovering from severe and often life-altering accidents. In this role, Taylor assessed
nutritional status in highly complex cases involving physical and emotional trauma,
neurological injury, and reduced functional capacity, developing individualized nutrition
strategies to support recovery and long-term healing.
Taylor’s path into holistic health is deeply personal. As a teenager, she was hospitalized
for a severe eating disorder that profoundly impacted her relationship with food and her
body. Although she worked with many medical professionals, she often felt that
conventional approaches overlooked the deeper emotional and psychological
components of healing. This experience ultimately led her to explore the powerful
connection between mental and physical health through a holistic lens. Today, her
practice is rooted in both professional education and lived experience, bringing a deeply
compassionate approach to healing.
Taylor specializes in:
The gut-brain connection and mood disorders
Disordered eating
Chronic stress and disease prevention
Autoimmune conditions and systemic inflammation
Digestive health and gastrointestinal disorders
