Taylor’s goal at Criterion Wellness is to support her patient’s quality of life, by providing safe and effective manual therapy in a positive environment. Her preferred style of massage consists of General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Pressure Release, and Hydrotherapy modalities to effectively release any tissue tension and to relieve muscle soreness. Taylor has been working as an RMT since the fall of 2022 after completing her massage therapy education at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster.
She believes strongly in patient education, and will always help her patients understand the healthcare conditions, massage techniques, and any other questions related to the treatment. Taylor will also provide personalized home care instructions so the patient can continue their therapy after the massage appointment.
Taylor is most recently trained in treating Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders, via intra-oral massage, as well as Hot Stone Massage.
Prior to her massage therapy education, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at San Jose State University in California. Alongside her studies in University, she trained and competed for the school’s Division 1 NCAA Gymnastics team. Training in a high-level sport gave her the experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation which motivated her to pursue a career in healthcare.
Outside of work, Taylor spends her time skiing at the local mountains, tending to her house plants, and watching movies with her husband and their cat Debra.

Buccal facial massage is a deeply restorative treatment that targets the muscles of the face inside and out. By gently massaging the cheeks, jaw, and facial fascia, this technique relieves jaw tension, reduces puffiness, improves skin tone, and promotes natural collagen production. Ideal for those seeking both relaxation and visible lift.
