Our treatments together will include assessment, health histories, targeted treatment, and simple home care to guide and monitor your trajectory for improvement. While it is true that some treatments can be painful at times, they are always specialized to address the musculotendinous structures involved to reduce pain and limit the stress on the body long term.
Taylor is passionate about finding the underlying mechanical causes of discomfort and advocating for clients to be an active participant in their health and embodiment.
