Taylor Kyle Novak, R.TCMP, R.Ac holds a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine and an Advanced Diploma in TCM from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is registered and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
Taylor has lived close to nature while growing up in British Columbia, where he played football and took a keen interest in exercise from a young age. It was here where his love for human performance was born.
Through his experiences living in Thailand and meditating with Buddhist monks to working as a Personal Trainer, Taylor questioned how the human body, mind and spirit could be optimized for peak performance and self-actualization.
The combination of his eager curiosity and passion for health led him to pursue a career in preventative and holistic health care with Chinese Medicine.
Taylor combines Classical Chinese Medicine with Evidence Based methods in his practice. Modalities practised include Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Tui Na, Shi Liao (Chinese Dietary therapy), Chinese Herbal Medicine and Movement Medicine.
Taylor is passionate about collaboratively working with his patients to create a holistic approach towards their health.
