Born and raised in a small town along the shores of Lake Huron in south-western Ontario, Taylor has always had a love for staying active and playing sports. Her passion for movement and wellness sparked an early desire to pursue a career in healthcare.
She started her Massage Therapy career at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario. Throughout her 3 years, she was able to work with a variety of clients through different clinical settings and outreaches - fibromyalgia, pregnancy, sports, senior care and on the cancer an palliative unit at Royal Victoria Hospital. After graduating from Georgian, the opportunity came to earn a degree abroad, at Munster Technological University! In the small town of Tralee, in County Kerry, Ireland, Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Health & Exercise Science with Massage Therapy. During her time abroad (when she wasn’t travelling), she was also able to complete her thesis surrounding Sport Psychology, and the effect of happiness levels on students who participated in sports, compared to those who did not.
Taylor takes an individualized approach to every treatment, understanding that each client has unique needs and goals. Drawing on her experience in a variety of techniques—including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release—she tailors each session to promote optimal recovery and relaxation. Taylor also incorporates elements of stretching, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercise when appropriate, helping her clients move better, feel better, and perform at their best.
When Taylor isn’t in the clinic, you can find her reading a good book, planning her next trip, staying active and playing sports, or spending time with family and friends!

A TMJ massage focuses on relieving pain and tension associated with the jaw. The muscles responsible for jaw movement often hold significant tension and can contribute to symptoms such as stiffness, clicking/ popping, reduced mobility and headaches. Massage therapy can help address TMJD discomfort by reducing muscular tension, reducing trigger points, and improving jaw mobility. Treatments may include intra- oral massage to release the deeper muscles which impact the jaw when appropriate. Each treatment included an individualized treatment plan
A targeted treatment designed to relieve upper body tension while promoting facial lymphatic flow and overall relaxation. The first half of the treatment focuses on the neck, shoulders, and upper back to release built-up tension, improve mobility, and help reset posture. The second half transitions into a gentle facial lymphatic drainage treatment using small cups and massage techniques to reduce puffiness, support circulation, and help alleviate sinus and nasal congestion. This treatment can be tailored to your needs - whether you’re looking for deeper therapeutic work, facial sculpting benefits, or a calming, restorative experience.
