Taylor Pronyk
I believe that many of the struggles we experience are understandable responses to what we've been through, not signs that something is wrong with us. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for change, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build self-compassion, and create a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic approaches. Together, we'll explore not only your thoughts and behaviours, but also the emotions, nervous system responses, and patterns that have helped you survive, and discover new ways of moving forward that feel supportive and sustainable.
I hold a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and Biology from the University of New Brunswick Saint John (UNB Saint John), as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist – Candidate (LCT-C) registered with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB).
I work with adults navigating borderline personality disorder (BPD), the impacts of domestic violence and abuse, grief and loss, relationship concerns, major life transitions, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and other challenges that can make life feel difficult to navigate. I believe that healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, acceptance, and collaboration, and I am committed to supporting you as you move toward greater resilience, inner harmony, and lasting change.

Vibroacoustic therapy uses sound to produce vibrations that are applied directly to the body. During the vibrational healing process, a client lies on the specially designed mat or bed or sits in a chair that is embedded with speakers or transducers which transmit sound into vibrations that travel through the body in a soothing, healing motion that we liken to an "internal massage".
