AjouterTaylor Quan is a Registered Massage Therapist who was born and raised in Lethbridge. He is currently an instructor for the massage therapy program at Lethbridge Polytechnic (the program that he graduated from in 2011). He is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist having taken the Complete Decongestive Therapy course from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Taylor is also full-body Active Release Techniques certified. He has completed his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a major in Public Health and a minor in Health Leadership from the University of Lethbridge.

By working on the reflex areas your feet, Foot Reflexology can help promote relaxation with the removal of stress, enhanced circulation, assist the body to normalize the metabolism naturally, complements all other healing modalities.
Skin-level techniques will be used. Very light pressure, like the weight of a nickel (around 5 grams), will be applied. Lymphatic Drainage Technique can potentially help pre & post-cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, lymphedema/swelling, liposuction, eye injury, acne, wound healing, etc. No Lotion will be applied during the treatment.

This treatment can be performed fully clothed—just wear comfortable, loose sportswear. It is especially effective for reducing pain, improving muscle control, enhancing athletic performance, and preventing injury.
