Teagen was raised in Osoyoos and has called the Okanagan home ever since. After graduating from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2024, she became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in May 2025.
Her treatment approach combines techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, and individualized home-care planning to support each client's unique needs. With a passion for health, movement, and an active lifestyle, Teagen understands the importance of recovery, injury prevention, and ongoing self-care. She is excited to help clients achieve their wellness goals and build lasting habits that support long-term health.
