After completing her physiotherapy degree in England, Teala spent several years in private practice and sports rehab settings across the UK.

While having a sports background herself, Teala enjoys helping those from all walks of life; from weekend warriors to every day people looking to move and feel better.

She is committed to patient-centred care, and takes a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment. She is passionate about helping people regain their confidence, and eager to get them back to the activities they love.
