Teigan is a Registered Massage Therapist. Teigan grew up in the Okanagan Valley, playing a variety of sports mainly soccer, and ringette. Teigan has also been a Certified Pilates Instructor for 6 years. She loves bringing her Pilates background into her sessions to help with homecare and proper functional movement for her clients. Teigan graduated from OVCMT in 2020. She loves being a massage therapist and helping her clients in all stages of their healing journeys. She incorporates deep tissue, myofascial, joint mobilizations and instrument assisted soft tissue techniques to get the best results for her clients. Teigan is also a first year student at the Canadian school of Osteopathy and includes some osteopathic approach in her treatments looking at the body as a whole unit and trying to figure out the “why” of each clients discomfort.
