Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Victoria. Tennessa brings years of
hands-on experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.
Tennessa specializes in proactive treatment—helping employees address physical strain before
it turns into injury. She understands the physical demands of industrial work and focuses on
tailored strategies to keep workers moving safely and efficiently.
Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and
education. With a background in journalism and over 15 years as a certified personal trainer,
she excels at clear communication and problem-solving—ensuring employees understand their
treatment plans and long-term injury prevention strategies.
Currently pursuing her Pilates instructor certification, Tennessa stays at the forefront of
evidence-based physiotherapy to provide the best care possible. Whether addressing
