Approach to Therapy
I offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
- Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) – to foster self-awareness, acceptance, and growth
- Emotion-Focused approaches – to deepen emotional understanding and processing
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, relational or cultural challenges, and more. My work is trauma-informed and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Personal Philosophy
I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about creating space for meaningful self-exploration and change. I value authenticity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in my work, recognizing the importance of identity, lived experience, and community in shaping mental health.
My goal is to support clients in building insight, resilience, and practical tools so they can navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.
