Terry began his studies when he had more hair at the University of Ottawa in the Kinesiology program and completed his Physiotherapy degree at the University of Toronto. During his professional career Terry has developed extensive clinical experience in orthopaedics, pre and post surgical protocols, sports medicine, performance training and lifestyle management.
Terry has worked with athletes of all levels. These have included recreational athletes right through to olympic and professional athletes. This has included but is not limited to players from the NHL, MLB and NFL. Terry’s goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and performance and create resiliency to further injury.
Treatment with Terry will always have an emphasis on manual therapy, biomedical acupuncture/dry needling and often an element of strength and conditioning. He is energetic and passionate about integrating his knowledge with a fun and informative approach, this approach helps you be the best version of yourself. Pneumatic Compression is a form of Physiotherapy that uses compression to stimulate manual lymphatic drainage. It is used to treat swelling and aid in recovery from training. We are offering 3 compression therapy appointments for $129. Your initial assessment and treatment should take about 30 minutes and the 2 subsequent visits are approximately 30 minutes in duration.
