Mother Nature’s owner and therapist Terry Sheehy has more than 40 years of experience in diverse aspects of both traditional and complementary/alternative health care. Her broad background as a health care provider includes training and years of experience in both the nursing and dental fields. She owned and operated a popular health food store for several years in Bedford, NS (Mother Nature’s Natural Remedies) before ultimately studying and earning certification in the therapeutic techniques with which she has effectively treated thousands of clients over two decades of clinical practice.
Terry is a member in good standing of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists, and The Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada.
With years of experience operating a health food business focusing on natural remedies, Terry can also counsel and advise clients on the use and potential benefits of a broad range of homeopathic preparations, herbal and other health supplements.
