Teshla is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine and primary care. She completed her Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of British Columbia and is committed to partnering with patients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
She believes healthcare should be collaborative, individualized, and focused on the whole person. Her professional interests include women's health, postpartum wellness and recovery, hormone optimization, metabolic health and weight management, preventive health, and aesthetic medicine focused on helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Teshla always strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health.
Outside of practice, she enjoys weight lifting, running, beach days, and spending quality time with her husband and two young children.
