Tess has been practicing physiotherapy in the Okanagan since 2012, after getting her bachelors in Human Kinetics in Guelph, and then her Master's of Physiotherapy in McMaster.
Between volunteering with children with diverse abilities, to working in a long term care facility as a physio assistant, and time as physiotherapist in a clinic focused on sports rehab, she has worked with people of all ages and stages of life. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just looking to improve your function with less pain, she has the experience to be able to help you out!
Tess has taken further education in manual therapy courses, needling techniques, and also has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training, and her hunger for continued learning keeps her up to date on how to best support her clients. You can expect to leave your appointments armed with knowledge and tools for continuing you care from home.
When not in the clinic, Tess can be found touring up a mountain, running some trails, climbing up rocks or anything else that provides adventure
