Thanh graduated with distinction from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy School in 2019 and has been practicing Massage Therapy since.
Thanh is also a Rapid NFR Specialist (which is a movement-based, clothing-on therapeutic technique that targets the central nervous system to quickly alleviate pain, tension, and restrictions in muscles, fascia, ligaments, and nerves). It addresses the root cause of pain by "resetting" nervous system hypersensitivity, often providing immediate, long-lasting relief for chronic and acute conditions like sciatica, migraines, and frozen shoulder.
He takes a special interest in pain relief and mobility improvement because he believes that recovery and manual therapy are essential to longevity and quality of life.
Strength training has been a big part of his life growing up. He is a fan of Powerlifting and Bodybuilding.
Thanh was born and raised in Vietnam. He lived in Saskatoon for over 12 years and is now living in Calgary.
He loves working with all kinds of cases and is super excited to be part of Northern Hills Physio, putting his knowledge and skills to work to help you.
