If you're a new patient or have a new injury or condition since your last visit, please select this booking option. The appointment will cover assessment, treatment, and homecare. Please note that we do not offer services for WorksafeBC or ICBC at this time. For your initial visit, we offer a complimentary 10-15 minute interview, assessment, and homecare tailored to your condition. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your appointment. For direct billing : Please bring in your insurance information including Policy number and member ID number. We will set up the direct billing in person as it requires signature on the form.
