Whether you’re looking for clarification, additional resources, or just want to connect one-on-one, this call is here to support you as you prepare for birth and baby.

Wouldn’t it be incredible to know what your baby needs when they cry? No more guessing ir stressing about what they’re trying to communicate. Instead you get to know what they want and respond accordingly.

Monthly gathering designed to nurture, support, and connect moms as they navigate the journey of early motherhood. Join us on the second Friday of each month for a gentle, supportive experience with your baby. Each session offers restorative care, including acupuncture sessions, group therapy, and more, providing a safe space to connect and share the highs and lows of motherhood. Whether you stay for the entire morning or drop in for part of the time, The Postpartum Village is here to help you find community, relaxation, and understanding.

Is your baby breech, transversal or sunny-side up? This deep relaxation exercise can help your baby get into the best position for labour and birth. *The cost for this session can be reimbursed if you have coverage for counselling.
