Thea has been an RMT for 16 years and living and working in the Bow Valley for over 15 years. She loves the community and lifestyle here in the valley, and is continually inspired by the hard working, hard playing folks who make this valley home!
Thea obtained her massage therapy diploma at ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, N.S. She graduated from a 2 year, 2200-hour program with a strong focus on assessment and treatment skills. She began her career at a multidisciplinary clinic working with physiotherapists and chiropractors, gaining insight and experience in therapeutic and rehab-focused massage therapy. She is passionate about supporting her patients in recovering from injuries, surgeries and maintaining overall wellness. Thea is also highly experienced in treating TMJ disorders.

Hands‑on scar tissue therapy for scars (C‑section, post‑orthopedic, surgical, car‑accident injuries, etc.). This is with a therapist with extended scar‑treatment training using focused soft‑tissue techniques to improve mobility, reduce adhesions and support healing.
